Our admissions process is designed to be clear, thoughtful, and supportive, while ensuring each child is placed where they can thrive.

Initial enquiry

Families contact our Admissions Team to begin the process and receive further information.

Home-based assessments

Age-appropriate assessments in Maths, English, and non-verbal reasoning are completed at home and returned to the school.

School tour

Families visit the school to meet staff and see learning in action.
For families overseas, this stage is supported remotely.

Visit Day & in-school assessment

Children attend a Visit Day, including a supervised Cambridge baseline assessment (MIDYIS, YELLIS, or INSIGHT, as appropriate), alongside teacher observations. An additional English language assessment may be required for EAL learners.

Decision or waiting pool

Families are informed of the outcome, including an offer of a place or placement in a short waiting pool where availability is limited.

Availability and entry points

Places fill in response to consistent interest from families who share our values and approach. While we welcome applications across all year groups, availability varies by cohort.

Where a year group is full, we maintain a small, carefully managed waiting pool so families are not left waiting indefinitely, and places are offered promptly when availability arises.
