PASTORAL CARE

At Si Ri Panya, we place our students’ well‑being at the heart of everything we do.
Our Commitment to Well‑Being
At Si Ri Panya, we believe every child is unique, with their own emotional, social, and learning needs. Our pastoral care system is designed to nurture each student’s well‑being, ensuring they feel safe, supported, and empowered to reach their full potential. Led by our Whole School Pastoral Lead, we foster a happy, purposeful environment where confidence, independence, and a positive self‑image can flourish. Our approach integrates daily support, targeted interventions, and a strong safeguarding ethos, creating a community where every student’s voice matters.
How We Support Our Students

Tools for Life
Through our PSHE lessons, tutor time and special talks, we equip students (Y1–Y11) with skills for healthy relationships and informed choices. Our goal is to help them navigate life’s challenges with resilience and respect. Topics include:
-
Recognising and fostering positive relationships
-
Making safe, healthy decisions in a non‑judgmental environment
-
Understanding diverse perspectives while shaping personal values
We also encourage active citizenship through community projects and inclusive house activities in Secondary, preparing students to contribute meaningfully to the world around them.
Mental Health Matters
We’re dedicated to breaking the stigma around mental health. Our regular assemblies and well‑being sessions invite open conversations about emotions and coping strategies—giving students the confidence to thrive both academically and personally.
Partnering with Parents
We value collaboration with families. Our Whole School Pastoral Lead holds Pastoral Parent Meetings (Y1–Y11) on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, 9:00–9:55 AM. Start with your child’s class teacher for specific concerns, then email pastoral@siripanya.com to book further support.
