Safeguarding is Everyone’s Responsibility
At Si Ri Panya, safeguarding is a fundamental aspect of our community, and everyone has a role to play. All staff members undergo annual training to recognize abuse and promote the welfare of our children. Every staff member and Board member reads and agrees to the Si Ri Panya Safeguarding Policy each year.
Creating a safe environment for children is essential. Our daily practices, curriculum, and collaborations with external organisations empower children to recognize abuse, stay safe both online and offline, and use their voices to speak out. Children are encouraged to talk to a trusted adult if they are worried about anything. Our whole school pastoral lead is always available for children feeling anxious and need to talk.

What you can do
Parents and carers are crucial in safeguarding children in their community. If you have concerns, no matter how small, report them to someone you trust will listen. The school has a designated safeguarding lead (DSL) for this purpose.
Concerns During Your Visit
If you have concerns about a child’s safety during your visit, immediately report to a staff member or ask to see a member of the senior leadership team.
All conversations will be handled discreetly and only discussed with relevant agencies as necessary.
